.) worth nothing is ever easy. I had no idea how hard it was to find out how to make chocolate and once found out how difficult it into the amazing love we treat off now! The beans in one particular part of the world grow, and the trees are usually very sensitive and difficult. Once you manage to grow cocoa trees, the beans are harvested, roasted and peeled, crushed to form cocoa liquor. The liquor is pressed to squeeze out the cocoa butter. Later, the cocoa butter has beengoes back to (if it's good chocolate). A few other things are added and the mixture conched (or is mixed with a conching machine) for up to 3 days at temperatures from 140 to 167 degrees! Then it must be mitigated (or cooled), simply right, and then shaped. Measurement at each step and the whole batch is ruined. Holy cow! Who knows?
.) persistence is a key to success. Milton Hershey did not earn in his first two sweets. He blew it twice, lost everything! When he finishesthen we would never be a bar or a Hershey's Kiss Hershey had!
.) Have a passion for something in your life or your work, you are thrilled. Milton Hershey was to help boys whose parents did not care passionately for them. Profits from the company helped these chocolate boys have a better life. His school still exists today. Forrest Mars wanted to build an empire, he was passionate about the sale of its products all over the world. The number one to sell chocolate barsthe world today? The Mars Bar. Passion keeps us engaged and passion fuels all great achievements. What Are You Passionate about? If the answer is nothing, you have connected to something. Otherwise you will miss is all you and enjoy your trip there.
.) Stop eating and tasting begin. I love chocolate (actually I have most of the food of love), and I've eaten since I was a child. But I've never really tasted. I went to my first chocolate tasting in Hershey(which is much like a wine tasting), where I would use all my senses, listen to your own chocolate tasting as we ripped seats. The darker the chocolate, the higher the distinctiveness of the cake. Milk chocolate is too soft to really snap. Can absorb I learned that a cocoa tree from an orange tree growing in fact some of the citrus can taste, the taste of chocolate in the sequel. Chocolate from different regions have different flavors. Who knows? But here's the larger lesson that we go through lifeFood and non-tasting. We are in a hurry to the next step for the next big thing at the end of the day, the wedding, whatever it is that we miss all the nuances, all the rich detail at this time. Spring is observed a great season, you really taste the flowers, the birds of this beautiful world that we take for granted. Eat a piece of fresh fruit and enjoy the juice, the color, the texture. It is more than what at first glance, and we are usually in too much of a rushreserved.
.) go deeper. I'm always amazed by people who do not read, always the same places that have fairly complete learning something new about yourself and wonder about the world. For me it is like going through life with eyes closed. Once you learn something new, expand your world. And it is exciting! Well, when I get to eat chocolate, I think of Milton Hershey and his struggles to make, or I eat an M & M, and remember how hard it was to get Americans to buy them at first too. I tryto really enjoy what I eat and understand, which means "mouth feel" when a Lindt truffle melts in your mouth. Choose whatever interests you and go deeper about it. If there is one person, they ask about her childhood or what are their dreams, there's so much more for the world and everything in it! Do not let the demands on your time and hold in the shallows of life.
.) Enjoy! I can not help but associate chocolate with fun. I do not see any sad faces in the world of chocolate inHershey. Adults and children were with an explosion - it was like Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory without the scary-factor. Somehow we have come to the chocolate, but you think bad (with the exception of some small amounts of dark chocolate for health benefits), and we are simply too busy to have fun. Who can waste time at a chocolate tasting, where they check e-mail? The right to live the time when it do to waste? Trust me-it will always work, but really fun, it is increasingly difficultand are harder for us. Or maybe we let ourselves be found. Sitting in the theater in the world of chocolate as the bubbles came from the ceiling and 3D Reese's Pieces flew the screen, I was laughing with joy. When was the last time you laughed out of sheer joy? If you do not remember, it was far too long.
.) Do not take anything for granted. Did you know that the region has gone through in which the cocoa-growing trees and drought on the crop? That some types of cocoaBeans are almost extinct? Can you imagine a world without chocolate? Now it is clear that far too horrible to contemplate for long. And Milton Hershey would be appalled that his vision was to chocolate affordable, not just something for the very rich, and that was what he did with his original Hershey bar. We take many things for granted, our friends, our health, chocolate. Nothing is forever, enjoy it now. Seize the day, eat chocolate!
