Think Spring - Spring into More Healthful Habits - It's Not as Difficult as You May Think

Spring is a good time to clarify. The sight of green grass and clear roads, it's the perfect time to think about the fact that running or walking program that you may even have to leave in October, and also a good time to assess your eating habits.

Depending on where you live, your food mood could prevail with the seasons. In summer, you will gravitate toward lighter dishes, salads, fresh fruit, grilled meat, in the fall you can but more rustic and as squash,roast chicken and potatoes in winter stews and soups are attractive, as well as casseroles and comfort food like.
